Freebie: High Res Fabric Texture Pack
Today we’re releasing a new pack of 10 high resolution fabric textures for use in your own design. These textures are free for personal and commercial use.

These are great resolution fabric pictures, How do people use them in their work? background images?

If you’re working with Photoshop (or some otehr program) you can desaturate the photo to remove the color, and use it as a layer that will give texture to an otherwise flat color. Yes, it’s commonly used for background images in web design.
