Also remember that being a designer is a 'role' in your life. It's not completely you. So if you have a real crap day, it's a crap day as a designer. You are still a human that matters. Hope that's not too fluffy, it's just that many of us take all this too seriously. When we relax, that's where some of the confidence will start to build. Great advice.
