		<description>How about, if they schedule a meeting at (or around) lunch time, they make plans to have lunch. Take out or eat in.
That is a good trait to have.

		<description>If you find someone with all of those traits it would be wonderful, but I&#039;ve found that as long as you have a few of them you can make things work right.  It&#039;s just making sure you keep things open and let the client know what they are singing up for and what the process is.  Its just part of the challenge of working.</description>
