I love having complete control over the html/css and javascript. Would like to see a better online theme editor, may be some syntax highlighting or at least some line numbers. Vision is good but I don't think you can ad products and content in vision so pretty soon I always end up design on the remote site. The rich text editor sound like it might be good.
