The guy sounds like he's well on his way. My thoughts on partnering is to find a partner who can handle the "other" side of things. If you're both designers, the business side of things may fall short. The idea with partners is to have two halves of the same brain. Of course, each partner needs to speak the others language to a great extent, but both should specialize in one half of "the brain" So it goes. -dp Good interview.
