Job Description
Grow Interactive (www.thisisgrow.com) is fast building its name as

advertising agencies. We are seeking a Strategist to lead our
efforts in conceptualizing, communicating, and executing digital
marketing solutions for our current and prospective clients.
In this position, you will:
-Establish strategic and creative requirements based on client discussions, meetings, and RFPs. Uncover new and sensible ways to support and deliver on those requirements.
-Lead conceptualization efforts with our multidisciplinary teams.
-Lead in the development of proposals utilizing concise and compelling writing.
-Create UX/UI documentation such as site map, user flow diagrams, and wireframes.
-Be an important voice in client meetings, pitches, and presentations.
-Help create internal documentation and assist in transitioning projects into production.
-Monitor campaign executions for adherence to campaign goals.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
-An unmatched understanding of and excitement for the digital marketing space, and a natural inclination to keep up with its constantly evolving nature.
-A knack for identifying opportunities in that space and how best to utilize them.
-Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
-A solid understanding of the technologies used in creating high-end websites, mobile sites and applications, and other digital initiatives.
-The ability to discuss complex ideas and technologies in a simple and maximally effective manner.
-4+ years of advertising / digital agency experience.
-A bachelors degree or higher.
