CSS Framework – The good and The bad

CSS Framework somewhat become a argument between designer – some of them love and suggest people to use it, and some other peoples hate and think it shouldn’t been exist.  So what is CSS Framework actually is?  Based on Wikipedia – CSS Framework is pre-prepared library for easier styling of web page using CSS.   Basically Framework set up layout, and you just need to design the layout to meet your demand/design.  Of course there is advantage and disadvantage in using it.
