Through the adoption of jQuery as an integral part of our (mainly) .NET platforms we've significantly upped the ante on usability and increased revenue by over 15% this year. Part of this is due to the ability to use jQuery to rapid-prototype new solutions, closing business decisions much faster than before. I think it will be a good 5 years - if not longer - before we see any serious competitor to jQuery.
