Yeah, I would have to concur that Rocket Theme should be added to the list, for Joomla! PHPBB3 and soon WordPress also. I’d also add JoomlaXTC to the list for Joomla templates.

I think you forget who created the trend template club itself, joomla.
Almost all of template distributions in joomla world using this model.
